Short lead times
Delivery time is usually 10 to 20 working days from date of order, this also applies to non-standard sizes and colours.
Correct for all screens manufactured
Frames profiles – 50mm square. (1.5-2.5mm wall thickness reinforced with internal rebates and screw ports.
Glass – 6mm toughened to BSEN12150 and is marked accordingly.
(Laminated and textured glass options are available along with polycarbonate. Glass tints are also available.)
Under-panels – 1.5mm thick steel which is zinc coated and then powder-coated to match the frame.
(Glass and wood under-panel options available.)
Brackets – Aluminium which is powder-coated to match the frames
All the aluminium parts have an aluchrome pre-treatment prior to the powder-coating process.
All feet are steel with a hot dip galvanized finish.
(Available in stainless steel.)
All fasteners used in the assembly of screens, brackets and feet are stainless steel.

Various forms of branding can be supplied and applied to glass and / or under-panels. Powder-coated under-panels can be finished to match or contrast with screen frame.
